Before I go mad trying to farm this on normal with the regular Sentinel, it is supposed to/does drop from it now… right?
Oops, maybe it would have been better in the loot section. If a mod sees this, they can probably move this into the right section.

I think I got mine from the Boson
I know he drops Fortified, but I wasn’t aware he had two head drops for the same character. I’ll have to start farming him again if that’s true.
The Sentinel drops the Tech Ninja head. So far I have not found a reliable source for Gynoid Agent head.

It might just be a world drop though. I’ve gotten about three Tech Ninjas from the sentinel.
