I can take out most of the dragons with some consistency, but the problem arises with Incinerator. It just seems like there’s no way for me to heal when he is down on the ground. How should I approach this problem?
A grog Nozzle and a good and quick grenade mod is your best bet there.

You’ll also want some type of inflammatory shield, like maybe a good corrosive/shock spike shield. Oh, and use a Grog and a chain lightning for heals.
