Go for the torgue vending machine. Faster if you save and quit till you got the harold. Savage Lee can be a pain in the *** to farm.

Usually it takes about 15 re spawns or more to get the right build. I have a couple

lol so i got a level 62 explicit went to put it on, apparently my curent DPUKH is level 61… i thought it was 50… wasted 600 tokens 
I got an OP8 with the perfect build today.
Working towards hitting 72 gonna try to get a level 61 Bitch

Personally, I never farmed savage lee. I got all my double harolds from the torgue machines starting from when I was level 50 through OP8.
I did three machines accessible via fast travel. The forge, the beatdown then badass crater bar then quit save til I got it. I’m sure you can farm savage lee for it so this just another option. Good luck.
You don’t have to do them in that order but those are the ones you can fast travel to assuming you’ve progressed through the torgue dlc to have access to them. The idea is maximizing your chances for each save & quit by checking 3 since the harold is not assigned exclusively to just one machine.

Go to beatdown fast travel and just keep checking that vending machine. I have a couple. What level you looking for?

The Mr. Totgue dlc has 8 Torgue vending machines- you can make the circuit of all 8 in the 20 minute time limit while still gaining XP and knocking out dlc specific challenges and checking the 2 red Dahl chests (if you care about those things, of course). I usually make the circuit 3 times ending at either Pyro Pete’s Bar (where I can do the Barroom Brawl or farm Pete depending on how much time I have left) or finish at The Arena, where I can farm Badassasaurus for a Slow Hand. The reason for the 3 circuit limit is that by then most mobs will have reformed and if you want to farm the 2 red chest you of course have to save and reload…
