So do you guys think these items will impact builds (Like Claptrap spamming his shields out for novas)?
The Naught seems interesting, but what about the rest?
The naught is good, nothing else is really
The Fast Talker is good. 18 RoF (with fire-rate accessory) high accuracy and no recoil. Reminds me of some of the great SMGs in BL1. I think 18 is the highest fully automatic RoF in this game.
A Hyperion Shottie with Atlas camo is awesome enough for me!!!
