You sound like a gritty renegade searching for something that may not even exist in the wastes you wish to roam. I like it, it could just be me, but the song exhibits some of the more darker aspects of the series itself. Not just the fight for loot, but for your very survival and sanity. That part with Scooter was both touching, and a nice reference to commemorate our favorite hillbilly space cowboy. Nicely done, and welcome to the community.

The Scooter shoutout was something my son and I decided had to be done. The hard part was not making it too corny hahaha always tricky with emotion, eh!?

Sounds like the drums are arranged in software. I can lay down an actual drum track for this. I have an acoustic kit that I converted into an e-kit. I’ve been playing drums off and on for over 20 years.

Like it. Not enough gritty, dark songs about the borderlands series. The series has a lot of dark moments and this felt like it captured some of that nicely. Thank you for sharing this.
