After I purchased the Borderlands 1 GOTY edition on launch day I was given 75 Golden keys as I owned The handsome collection. I had 50 left to use 1 week after purchase, however after entering a shift code that Randy Pitchford put out via twitter ALL 50 keys vanished and I was left with just the five from the code I had just entered.
Has this happened to anybody else?

Moved. No, the keys already credited to your account should not expire and shouldn’t simply disappear. However, there are multiple reports of it happening - check the tech support section here for your relevant platform for further information.
