How good is the Amigo for mobbing vs the Pimpernel? From my usage, it was really good, easier to aim and use as well since you just go for crit spots. Also a good wep for raid bosses with shields like Pete. Has anyone compared the two weapons on OP10 where the increased health bars negate the base damage of the Amigo?

I haven’t put the two weapons head to head yet, but I think the Amigo Sincero is definitely a solid choice, especially for Pete and Voracidous. One thing to consider, though, is that you’re much more likely to make good use of B0re with the Pimpernel (unless you’re just that skilled, in which case, go make a video showing off 
).

Oh man I agree, bosses like Hyperius the Amigo would be rubbish compared with weps with more pellets. Hmm at least we have 2 more good snipers in Amigo and Hot mama

I played around with it on my Melee Zer0 (no Sniper skills after B0re, with a Legendary Hunter class mod) in the Research Center - it’s pretty freaking good, lol. One-shotting most of the mobs in there (if I waited till the last millisecond in Decpti0n) Didn’t play with it much after that, but if I need a sniper rifle I know which one I’ll be using

Amigo Sincero if you want a traditional sniper. Aim for crits and they’re dead. Best Jakobs sniper no question. Though, Pimpernel ruined sniping for me. With the Pimp, I just aim for body shots/ground to get the sweet spot and that’s definitely easier to do during a frantic firefight.
