Disappearing Badass Points?

Has anyone else had an issue with a guest’s badass rank resetting with every new session?

I can’t believe that the game would just not allow for a guest playing co-op to save their badass points.

Everything else about my friend’s character saves fine, but every time we come back to the game his badass rank is completely gone, not just reset, gone.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

UPDATE: His badass rank is actually there now, it’s at 31, but the points/attributes are gone.

Same thing is happening to me. MY accomplishments are still showing complete, just no badass points or upgrades.

open a ticket with Gearbox support. same thing happened to me and they were able to redeem all my lost BAR.
