Does anyone know if you need to get a revive with the subroutine in order to get the trophy/achievement to pop?

Well, by definition, Nonsensical sacrifice means you lose your life to save teammates. Guess it could happen that no teammate gets revived? Haven’t seen NS but a few times & yes – you die to revive someone. I think the odds of it happening are better if you play with a group and everybody starts going down. Play the Sentinel & open to randoms!

Get a full team, make everyone go FFYL with their launchers at the same time and spin your action skill.
