I recently came back and stated playing my Siren again and I was killing Saturn over and over while I farmed Tubbies.
I have killed Saturn at least 30 times and i thought i remember reading that bosses had legendary drop chances increased, but Saturn for me has yet to drop a single legendary. The chest on top of the hut I fight him in has dropped 2 legendaries so far but not a single drop from Saturn?

Bad RNG. The drop rate is 1 in 10, but that still means you could go 30 runs or more without seeing anything. Then you’d probably get 2 in a row or something equally daft.
Also, I think skins may be included in the designated drop pool for Saturn? Not sure on that, but if true it lowers the chance of getting a legendary a bit.
As vaulthunter said, it is a 1 in 10 chance.
For Saturn I believe every time you get the correct RNG to receive an invader, it accesses the same pool where his skins and the hive reside, so the actual chance of getting the invader is much lower than 10%
