Can barely scratch it even with OP8 gear and still trying to figure it out. I’m sure if I had my old Krieg I could beat it, but I don’t. This thing is either easy to kill and I’m just ■■■■, or it’s a one up from Voracidous. Hammerlock does give you the quest and says this is the final hunt, maybe that’s exactly what they were going for.

I beat it in less than 2 minutes with maya. I use bee-cc. I am level 75-76 that time.
It took me a few tries, and the boss regenerating his health and me running out of ammo. Before i figure him out.
You can do it.
I have seen someone at op10 going up high in the arena and one shotting it with lady fist swap.

His crit spot is the back. Then if you damage i think 1/4 of his health he will bow down and show his crit spot in the mouth.
Beehawk will do.

I was using a op8 fire cc on sal with grog and new rainbow sheild for corrosive immunity
You can borrow it or easy to farm from handsom sorcerer
Reaper-CC Krieg wrecks him pretty good.

Fire damage.
Hit him with fire damage every time he pops up.
If you don’t hit him and he goes underground, that’s when he regenerates health.
If you hit him with a fire weapon before he goes underground, he doesn’t regenerate.
At least on TVH. Haven’t tried UVH yet. Mostly because I don’t have a character leveled to max yet. (I’m a casual).
Also, the rainbow gear Toothpick, Mouthwash, and Retainer helps with this boss immensely, especially if you have two Toothpicks and you’re gunzerking.

Toothpick - Fire damage assault rifle.
Mouthwash - Relic. Increases assault rifle damage and its special is increasing Toothpick’s damage.
Retainer - Shield. Specials: Immunity to corrosive damage, one of his primary attacks. When in Writhing Deep with Toothpick, your movement speed is increased, allowing faster dodge for physical and slag attacks.
