I’m curious if, for any of you, the Borderlands 1 GOTY Enhanced Remaster is your first time playing Borderlands 1?
Or possibly your first time playing a Borderlands game?
If so, what do you think?

It’s my first time playing BL1 and its great. I have The Handsome Collection for PS4 which was the first time I ever played any of them but BL2 quickly became my fav game. When I heard the BL Remaster was here for PS4 i wasted no time to play it. Even though I’m playing all the games in reverse so to speak its fun to see how it all started.

Oh, man.
That’s so exciting.
Despite playing 1 randomly off and on since release in 2009, I didn’t REALLY get into it until 2015 after 3 years of heavy heavy heavy Borderlands 2 and Pre Sequel playing (this was all on PS3).
Borderlands 1 is SUCH a solid foundation for the other titles.
There are still things in Borderlands 1 I feel have not been topped or done better in future installments.

Barely tried it way back then. Around the same time I got BL2. Made it to BoneHead. Didn’t do any side quests. Died there.
I didn’t had any shooter experience beside maybe Wolfsentein!
I wanted to play it since I’ve been on the PS4. Only available option in the PS Store was an “Ultimate pack” at $99.99… So the GOTY Remaster was a blessing.
