The Numbers Guide

With the release of the GotY edition I was asked to port this over from the old forums for newer players so here it is.

.

The%20Numbers%20Guide

This is a guide to help people identify which stock and magazine their weapon has by looking at the numbers in a weapon’s name. Just find your weapon type and your weapon’s number should line up with the magazine and stock that your weapon has. For example, this Wrath has the numbers 470 which tells us it has the semi-auto sniper stock4 and mag5. (The .3 is the material indicator and is not considered part of the “numbers”)

Some Legendary weapons have unique magazines that give different numbers than the normal magazines so I have listed all of these weapons as well. Also, Repeaters and Machine Pistols do not have stocks so the only part that is factored into their number is the magazine.

It does tables, and you can drop Excel spreadsheets straight in.

There’s other formatting stuff posted and linked in that thread. For example, if you insert 1 or more # then a space at the front of a line, the text becomes a heading and will be autospaced. Number of # = heading level.

This looks really useful - I will definitely be consulting this!

It says Vladof Executioner, it’s Hyperion…

I’ve noticed that some of the numbers are missing a zero here and there, if you find any that are off please let me know.

  • I realize that this might be due to changed in the GotY edition so I’m gonna leave it as is for now.

Combat shotguns Mag1 stock1 - 1, stock2 -21, stock3 -31 in original game.
