As the title says I’m loving the BL1 remaster. Just annoyed at the multiplayer aspect of things. In the original there was no limit to who’s game you could join in match browser. For e.g. you could join someone’s game where they’re mid-way through the game & power up some levels if you’re a low level. But no! they had to mess with that & make the multiplayer like it is in BL2.
I really hope there isn’t other things they’ve nerfed, such as lowering the amount of orange/legendary weapons. I remember there were loads in the original. But then when it came to BL2 they really held back on it for some odd reason. Haven’t played that much so far, so I really hope they haven’t made the orange/legendary weapon count like in BL2.

Oh don’t worry about the loot. It’s even better, most of the non-human unique enemies like skags, and spiderants consistently drop at least 1 purple (skagzilla lootsplodes now!)

Wow, remastered is awesome on xbone but I pearls are impossible to find for me atm. I remember back in the days you had to spend an eternity and half before the first pearl was found. I’m guessing this is the case for remastered as well?

Nice, so I need to be in pt 2.5 and Feels Like Christmas mission to be active. I’m on the Marcus Sweep mission now so I guess it’s time to progress a bit. Still, I’ve been doing alot of Craw farming too and no pearls there either. You think those criteria effect craw pearls as well?

Any of the missions that get you back into the Armoury can be active to find Pearls, right?
There isn’t just one specific mission that allows Pearls to be found?
Yes, any of them. Just be careful to not accidentally open up two at the same time, or your progression will be totally screwed.

The pearls are very rare but when you find one, they seem to start dropping way more regularly. Every day I was finding pearls on a regular basis. The game is weird in this way. But the real rares are mat 2 hyperions and others corps with barrel 4’s especially.

Mat 2 barrel 4 invaders, elemental smg’s hyperion or other, hellfires, mashers, choppers (not mat 2), serpens, matadors - good luck finding them. I almost had a complete set of great part pearls than a nice set of W hyperion guns and I put hundreds of hours into the game.
