I’ve tried my email with caps, without, etc. I can log in everywhere else just fine, but when I try to log in on GotY it says my email password combo doesn’t match a shift account. What’s up?

PC FYI:
I’m currently playing BL1E through Steam and have had no issues with Shift at all. If you’re running on Windows make sure to check your firewall exceptions ensuring that BL1E is listed as it will be totally different from the original. Sometimes firewall notifications like to disappear so double check if you’re playing on the PC and don’t remember a security prompt for the game at first run.
