BL GOTY edition on the Xbox Store

I cannot seem to find BL GOTY edition on the Xbox Store, does anybody know why this is? Is it not available on the Xbox Store?

Weird. @piratebones2 and some others already purchased it, but I’m not seeing it listed at all on the Xbox Store.
