Corrosion weapon going into UVHM?

So I am LVL 50 and want to start UVHM as a Hellborn/Bloodbath build. Currently got the Blockhead, Rough Rider, Storm Front, Slagga and Hellfire.

My question is what is an easily acquireable weapon with corrosive damage that would work well with my other gear?

Hornet which is a drop from Knuckledragger is a good choice.

For Krief you might like a corrosive kitten. :wink:

Only problem being that mission is pretty deep into the DLC and you’d probably get overleveled in TVHM (say 52) and get a level 50 Kitten.

Hornet is definitely the answer - can trigger Blood Bath too. Easy farm. Super powerful. Splash, etc.

You could also make good use of a corrosive Hail. I suppose “easy” is somewhat subjective. If you have access to seraph crystals you could grab a level 50 Infection from the Hunter’s Grotto seraph vendor in TVHM. It’s pretty good for Elemental Empathy healing, and it gets pretty wild with Elemental Elation and Blood Filled Guns. But the Hornet is the standard “I’m starting UVHM and need a corrosive weapon” choice, so you can’t go wrong with it.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking too. I will get myself a Hornet for UVHM.

Didn’t know that i can trigger BB, but the more you know.
