How do I know which are using the community patch? So many skills were changed and rebalanced and it seems it would change the builds.

You won’t find much - or any - UCP action here. There are no dedicated character threads and most UCP users have taken their conversations to other locations ( presumably Steam, Discord and Reddit ).

I don’t know anyone on the forum at the moment who can answer UCP Zer0 questions, but there are lots of us that can help with vanilla.
