Just beginning some TVHM in Pre-Sequel, I was killing some Kraggons, and I saw a KerBoom drop. I’m not sure if it dropped from Kragons, or a pile? I don’t think that’s possible, but I encountered a KerBoom.
Could someone explain to me why this happened? Again, I do not know if KerBoom drop from Kragons, or from piles.

It’s just a world drop. Nothing crazy, but pretty rare. Congrats
