Is there a way to Grind for specific Legendary COMs? I keep grinding 3 purple COMs trying to get a Chronicler of Elpis/Eridian Vanquisher for my Athena but seem to only get Celestial Gladiator COMs. Is there a specific formula that I’m missing or is RNG just being awful? Can you grind 3 Legendary COMs?
I’ve been away from the game for like 3+ years and forgot everything. Googling just leaves me more confused.

Sorry, but no - it’s just RNG.

And yes, you should be able to grind three legendary COMs - see section 13 here
