Ok so I was at sanctuary randomly switching guns and shooting as you do… I switch from my ogre to my injector and suddenly my fire rate is crazy, I unload 46 shots in about 2 seconds. Can’t get it to work reliably but switching from the ogre to the injector and holding the trigger at the right time seems to work, timing is hard though.
Any ideas as to what the hell is going on??
EDIT: got it to work with most torgue guns. Also the infection, infinity, roksalt, veruc, snider and pimpernel 
Yeah getting the ogre effect then switch to another gun to have the buff is a known strat.
Just like the drunk effect you get with the Grog. Switch to another gun you’ll get x6 projectiles.
It works better off-host since the lag gives you better chance of getting the effect (Don’t know the mechanics on that, but it really works).

Guess I never noticed because I never need to switch guns when the ogre is out lol 157 in the mag
What class mods and skills do you use to get such a big mag on the Ogre? I’m pretty sure you use “Overload” in combination with one of Axton’s COMs that gives a passive 53% mag buff although I can’t remember the name of it. A 157 magazine sounds awesome and the Ogre is easily one of my favorite guns in the game and quite possibly my favorite AR.
I use a front line rifleman and torgue relic, with overload it’s 190 I think lol
Damn. Gonna have to try that out. The Ogre is definitely a great gun.
