Looks like a standard Double Up/Gemini build to me, doesn’t need to exist as a new build. In fact it exists elsewhere on this site, but with better advice for gear than this. Also Homing grenades are worse than both Lobbed and Longbow ones.
Look here, look in his list of builds for the 26/15/26 - it’s a superior version of what you posted.
