No Hard Feelings - Tundra Patrol Does Not Spawn

First off, I would have put this on tech support, but they do not have a tech support section for the Xbox One version of the game (the platform I am on).

I’m doing my first completionist run of B2 right now, but I’ve run into an issue with the No Hard Feelings quest in Tundra Express. I looked up what my undiscovered quest might be, found it was No Hard Feelings and went about searching for Tundra Patrol. To no avail, I looked up exactly where to find him. He is not there. I’ve circled Tundra Express several times to see if he spawns while away, but no luck.

One of two things happened I think: either I killed him the first time I was in Tundra Express, and I missed the ECHO Recording, letting it later despawn, or he never spawned in the first place. Does anyone know what might be the problem here? Are there any fixes for it?

I don’t know what the issue is, but one thing that you may not know is he can wander quite far, from anywhere in the camp near where most people encounter him, to almost near the small house where you pick up Princess whatever-her-name-is for Tina, during her Tea Party quest.

If you like, I can check if any of my characters haven’t done that mission, and maybe have you join me for the completion of it, in the event you don’t get a more definitive answer to this question.

After circling the map for about the seventh time, he finally spawned in the same place everyone said he would be. Well isn’t that just odd. Anyways, everything’s good now. Thanks anyways!

I see you got your issue solved. For future refence, XB1 support is listed under “The Handsome Collection”

Also, your email address is showing on your posts so you might want to go into your profile settings and edit that field (this is apparently a bug caused by certain browsers and autofill?)

This happens to me every now and then, but a save & quit has always resolved the problem. However… On one occasion, where he didn’t spawn, I was near Ripoff station, and I wanted to surprise the lone bandit outside the cabin with a homing grenade. He hadn’t aggro’d on me, so the grenade ignored him and flew off to the top of one of the towers at the entrance to Ripoff station, and locked in on… Tundra patrol.

Not sure whether this is the place he gets stuck in all the time, but it might be worth a shot, or a grenade :wink: , if you really want to do that mission.
