Potential, Leadership, and FFYL

Do I understand this correctly…if I’m spec’d into both Potential and Leadership and get knocked into FFYL, I can toss the Jacks out and then recall them and get a Second Wind from doing so?

yes. Once per action skill.

You can’t recall your action skill in FFYL.
