Anyhow. I’ve been working on a jakobs(weapons) axton build(ps4, so no ucp). Any ideas for the spec? Gear is easy, but com suggestions couldn’t hurt

I probably won’t be much help, but it’d be good to know how strict your allegiance build is. Everyone has a different nuance, just like how all 8 of my slots are that specific manufacturer or nothing.

In that case, I don’t see why you wouldn’t just run the standard build with a L. Soldier COM. My strat with the Sham will allow Perpetration to keep you alive, and if not I assume you’ll have a nice slag transfusion anyway.

The build I plaster across the Axton sub-forum

Metal Storm is still good for the Twister, snipers, etc…, and the recoil reduction is nice IMO.

I wish bl2 had something like the cyber eagle from tps. It’s what the unforgiving could have been. A high damage, highly accurate, medium fire rate pistol, with no recoil

Dude - that’s like some of the best gear in the game (I think). Your build could be ■■■■■ and you’d probably be in good shape. For COMs though, I’d look for a Veteran or maybe a Ranger if you’re not going straight for one of his Legendary COMs… hard to beat reload speed, mag size, and/or crit damage buffs with Jakobs guns. Those assault rifles seem to take forever to reload.

A veteran could work just fine, just move a point into steady. Ranger not so much, becuase I’m not taking grit or ranger

I mean having them both is a good idea considering that the hawkeye can be used as a poor mans lady fist in an allegiance build

You can use it as a movement tool if nothing else.

Movement speed isn’t necessary. Soon as you get the 1st kill onslaught kicks in
