I finish UVHM and cannot kill Hyperius, so, what i have do to start kill the invencibles?

I never seen a Hyperius kill with thoughtlock so you might consider to respec out of it.
The most efficient way to kill Hyperius with Maya is to group the Bots away from Hyperius using singularity, then blast a rocket launcher out of them until they remove the shield out of Hyperius. When the shield is out of Hyperius, create some distance with him them PL to slag and use beehawk. The bots will then transfer the shield back at Hyperius and all you have to do is repeat the process until Hyperius is dead.

No, i try farm legendary siren for hours in train but no drop for me.

Hyperius has a bunch of health, and because he also washes off slag effects very fast, it takes a lot of shooting to get him down. My standard tactic is to use a corrosive Norfleet on his minions and a fire Sandhawk on Hyperius.
Use converge to bunch up the robots, and blast them all with one Norfleet blast. The Badaboom works , but it may require a few more shots. What you need is something that hits multiple targets in one shot. Norfleet has a big AoE, and is optimal for this, but PBFG’s or Topneas work well too. Your Unkempt Harold is also a good choice for this part. Just manage your ammo well, and you should be fine.
Your best, and safest way to slag is to use Ruin. And then blast a few salvos before the slag washes off. A grenade that slags repeatedly (Bouncing Betty, Bouncing Bonny or Crossfire) is the way to go if you want to have a longer window of opportunity.
Guns:
Fire Sandhawk FTW! He’s weak to fire, so that’s the way to go. A Rubi will heal you well, but a Grog Nozzle is better for this particular fight.
The Bee is my first choice against Hyperius. You’ll need that extra punch, or you may risk running out of ammo towards the end.
As for COM’s… A Cat COm is you best option. It gives Maya the highest dps, and that’s exactly what you need for this fight. It’s not the skill boosts that it gives that make it great, but rather the stats. A good blue or purple COM will boost SMG damage by 90%. That’s a huge boost! A legendary Cat will boost it even more. Slayer of Terra gives you some extra dps, but all in all, it’s kinda weak. A COM that boosts Reaper is a better choice, imo, but since Reaper is only active when the enemy is above 50% health, it’s not active when Hyperius reaches his aggro phase. This is when you really want that extra dps! 
Here’s a build that will help you along. Many of Maya’s skills are useless aganist Hyperius since you can’t phaselock anything, so I only speced in the skills that are useful. The rest is up to you. I would personally go down the middle tree to get Sustenance and Scorn. They’re not essential, but can come in handy.
Should you go into FFYL, Immolate will really shine. Use it!
The things to keep in mind in this fight are to manage your ammo well, and to manage your shield and health.

I second grabbing scorn as it can be used defensively to shoot down the rockets that the bots fire giving you a larger window to focus on damaging Hyperius.
