I’m playing the UVHM, and no drops any pearelscent, version Handsome Collection. supposed have this type of weapon in this point of the game?

They don’t appear until level 61 and the chances of finding them increases as you climb from there. Even at OP8 they are rare.
Second generation pearls are exceedingly rare ( I’ve gotten 1 Wanderlust, 1 Godfinger, 0 Bekahs and 0 Carnages ).
Hmmm, sure. In this moments i really think that game bug for me kkkkk , but now, patience, in any moment this weapons have drop for me.

As others have said, unless you’re playing at OP8 (which takes a long time to get to), Pearls aren’t just rare, they are EXTREMELY rare. I’ve found my share mainly in red chests, but you have to open a LOT of chests. This might help, as it links to maps showing every red chest (along with other loot sources and special items) for every map in the game.

Can do what i do and just run through the peak and kill OMGWTH a few times.

Go LLM and tubby hunting, they have a better chance of dropping pearls than the standard world drop rate. I’ve gotten a very few world drop pearls from common lootable objects or mob enemies (Butcher from a trash pile, Stalker from a cardboard box, Tunguska from some random bandit chump) but most of mine have come from LLMs and tubbies, with some from red chests and the snowman train. Oh, speaking of the snowman, he dropped an Avenger for me once, but that was just a lucky world drop. Pete and the Warrior have also dropped pearls for me, but also just world drops. And tubbies are the only source for the second set of pearls, and as mentioned earlier the chances of them dropping a pearl go up as you go through the OP levels.

Most likely not what Froxx wants to hear, but I’ve got close to 1600 hrs invested to date and I’m still waiting to see any second-gen Pearl drop in my game, and it hasn’t been due to the lack of trying. AFAICT, ‘rare’ doesn’t even begin to describe them.
It’s all RNG. i’ve had at least 3 of each gen2 pearls. Gotta hit up those dust tubbies.
In NVHM through UVHM, they are rarer than legendaries. If you’re playing OP, they become progressively more common with each OP level.
If i am correct which i may not be they can’t even drop in NVHM and TVHM and in UVHM
after a 3 hour loot midget farm at lvl 54 i got an Avenger, Sawbar…twice and a Bearcat
Four pearls in three hours is extremely good going. Don’t be surprised if it takes longer next time!

True after all it always comes down to the RNG gods. 
It’s pretty rare to get a Pearl Drop unless you constantly are farming LLM’s for hours at a time. Gen 1 pearls can drop past L50 from any world source I believe whereas Gen 2 Pearls can drop past L61 from Tubby enemies only.
I’ve seen this before, but I don’t know the source so I’m not 100% on the accuracy. Every the time the game could drop a legendary past L50, it rolls again and there’s a 10% chance it drops a Pearl instead of that legendary. Therefore, your odds aren’t great unless you are specifically farming for one, and its’ hard to say any Pearl is worth that until at least max level, and even then… That said, I do use the Butcher and Bekah regularly, and use the Sawbar often on bandit heavy maps.
I’ve taken all characters to OP levels - for many of the characters I haven’t found any pearls yet. It’s normal to not find any pearls. To have more tangible chance of finding them you have to keep farming LLMs/Tubbies.
