Magic missile x4?

I have been farming super badass socerers and wizards in the last few days and no have drops for me magic missile x4(Purple rarity). In wikia of socerer say that granade drops from socerer, same time, in wikia of Magic missile say that drops from wizards, So who am I supposed to farm?

I think it’s just from Wizards, which (I think) you can only get in the Magic Slaughter. That’s definitely the only place I’ve got a x4 Magic Missile from, though it’s a pain to farm.

I get MMx4’s from the Magic Slaughter too. I’ve tried farming the Handsome Sorcerer forever for them in the past because I’m not especially fond of the Magic Slaughter, but I’ve never seen him drop one.

In my opinion, the best place to farm for a x4 magic missile (this is my favourite grenade in the game btw) is at the start of Dragon Keep. Right by the spawn point you’ll find two enemies in front of a doorway. Kill them and a badass wizard spawns from the doorway who can drop the magic missile. This only takes a minute and then just save/quit till he drops you one. It can take awhile because you’ll get some x2 drops too, but I think it’s the quickest route to an enemy that drops one. There’s also a chest to the right of the door (if you are facing it) that can drop Tiny Tina class mods if you are looking for those too.

The first room in Lair of Infinite Agony (after you’ve beaten the level you can take the first elevator directly there) has a number of wizards, but not all can drop the magic missile and there’s of lot of other hassle in that room, so I prefer Dragon Keep.

edit: I’ve never looked to see if that badass that spawns in Dragon Keep is a wizard or a sorcerer… but that’s where I’ve gotten my magic missiles from.

I use the sacrificial altar in Dragon Keep. Keep tossing your junk and eventually a badass will be summoned.

There’s a couple of Ultimate BA’s at the top in the area called Grim Stone Sepulcher in the Lair of Infinite Agony (the room with the shielded dice chest), I’ve got one from them.

They’re a pain to farm no matter what though.

Just farm the Ogre, by the time you get it you will have the Magic Missle + Fire Storm + Chain Lightning + Lightning Bolt. It seems like a grind at 1st but I go back and do it for fun now. Makes you more Badass… or broke from respawns.

I want to say that I’ve actually gotten a x4 MM from the Handsome Sorcerer but it’s been so long I can’t accurately remember. I know I have a level 35 one, and since I’ve never done Magic Slaughter in normal or TVHM that makes me think I got it from the HS…

Finally i’ve got a magic missile, just drop in Magic Slaughter from Super badass wizards, after 15 tentatives.

This. I don’t remember where I got mine either, but I can definitely say that it didn’t come from the Magic Slaughter…I haven’t done it, not even entirely sure where it is, tbh.

It is in Flamerock Refuge and can be picked up from Moxxi after defeating the Handsome Sorcerer- explosive Axton or Krieg players will farm it to have a chance at the Ogre- if they can reach the BA round and defeat Warlord Smaug(?) that is…

I think it’s Slog.

Smaug is the dragon from the hobbit.

You’ve just made me think of how getting the Ogre to drop was like that dude shooting the metal arrow into Smaug’s little broken-scale hole-thingy.
