Hey guys, Ninja here! Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up before proceeding into this guide. I didn’t make any part of this build. I simply moved it from the old forums to our newer ones here and fixed up the formatting a bit to appear more organized. The original creator is a user named Megacheeseninja. You probably haven’t experienced this before, but;
Do you use your action skill (Phaselock) too much it causing it to cooldown at a very bad time? Well, in this build a stunning 6 SECONDS cooldown can do it for you! This build focuses on boosting your cooldown capabilities so that you could virtually use it anytime. The cooldown has 6 seconds while your Phaselock lasts for 7.5 seconds. This is actually a very good advantage on this build. Having a 6 seconds cooldown and Res could actually help your team. This build is very flexible using Scorn, Converge, and Sub-Sequence for mobs; and then Res, Quicken, Restoration for co-op.
★ [WHAT’S THE PLAYSTYLE]
This build focuses on the use of the cooldown of 6 seconds and a duration of 7.5 seconds. On this build maximizing the use of the Phaselock is essential. Since you have 6 seconds of cooldown, that’s basically just running around killing mobs… Once it’s back you use it and kill the person on the Phaselock. On bosses being a medic is important as you can’t go back and fight (except Terramorphous), but if you don’t play with anybody having a certain shield is advised…

Let’s do some math here…
Cooldown: 13 seconds
Quicken: -30%
Legendary Siren (Perfect): -44%
Bone of the Ancients (Perfect): -39.4%13 / (1 + 0.3 + 0.44 + 0.394)
= 13 / 2.036
= 6.3 seconds
The cooldown is a rough 6.3 seconds, while the duration itself lasts to 7.5 seconds. Surprising huh? How about -88% Recharge Delay from Ward and have the Cracked Sash on? Why not calculate that yourself.

[Skill Tree Setup for Co-Op]

Using the Legendary Siren COM (Without COM/With COM)
Ward: Increases Shield Capacity by 25%/55% and reduces Shield Recharge Delay by 40%/88%.
An obvious choice when it comes to long delay shields such as The Bee, the capacity is a bonus for the Evolution.
Accelerate: Increases Gun Damage by 15%/33% and increases Bullet Speed by 20%/44%.
You’ll be needing to kill the target that is Phaselocked quick so that Sub-Sequence can kick in. The bullet speed is for the Sandhawk, it would be a lot faster compared to before.
Suspension: Increases Phaselock Duration by 2.5 seconds. This gives your Phaselock an extra 2.5 seconds, that is very important, and gives you time for you to kill the target…
Converge: Phaselock now pulls nearby enemies toward the original target. It’s important to Phaselock near a crowd, so that you can use Scorn right at the target. They’ll all be slagged and you can kill them quickly.
Quicken: Increases your Cooldown Rate by 30%.
This build is suppose to have a fast cooldown… so you don’t need this…(lol jk)
Sub-Sequence: When the enemy dies in your Phaselock there is a 100% chance to seek out another enemy. Now, since you have Suspension, and Converge the combo to this is that it crowds enemies together so Sub-Sequence can seek out enemies faster.
Mind’s Eye: Increases your Critical Hit Damage by 25%/55% and increases Melee Damage by 30%/66%. If you have the Butcher, it’s a pearlescent shotgun… You won’t know when this skill helps, because the Butcher will hit the head for you…
Restoration: Increases Maximum Health by 15%, and shooting your friends converts 30% of your Attack Damage. You’ll be needing the max health, and another plus for the healing. Using the Infinity and aiming at your friend makes him… basically, invincible…
Wreck: Increase Fire Rate by 50%, and Gun Damage by 30% while you have an enemy Phaselocked. The Butcher has a high-fire rate and the gun damage can kill your target fast… The target will be dead in no time…
Elated: You and your friends regenerate 5% of health every second while an enemy is Phaselocked. Think about the regeneration of 5% health… with your friends, it’s gonna make your whole team survive a little longer.
Res: Instantly revive your friend. You have a fast cooldown, so think about reviving the whole team in 12 seconds…
Sustenance: Regenerate 2% of your health constantly. Regenerating your health any chance you can is important and will help you survive. You have no source of regeneration (unless you have the Evolution) in boss fights.
Scorn: You shoot out an orb that slags all nearby enemies. Cooldown: 18 seconds. Converge + Scorn + Suspension + Sub-Sequence = Room Wipe-out…
Flicker: Increases Elemental Effect Chance by 6%/36%. Put points here for the sake of the COM (class mod)… and if you are using elemental Butcher (s).
Foresight: Increases Magazine Size by 8%/24%, and increases Reload Speed by 10%/30%. You need reload speed and bonus magazine size for your Butcher… and for the sake of the COM…

Using Leg. Siren COM - Without COM/With COM
Ward: Increases Shield Capacity by 25%/55% and reduces Shield Recharge Delay by 40%/88%. This is perfect for the Evolution, you deal insane damage (1000k - 5000k) so The Bee isn’t really useful.
Accelerate: Increases Gun Damage by 15%/33% and increases Bullet Speed by 20%/44%. You’ll be Phaselocking people that you’ll be needing the Gun Damage while Ruin is taking effect. The Bullet Speed is for raid bosses, since you’ll be using the Sandhawk every time, Bullet Speed is important.
Suspension: Increases Phaselock Duration by 2 seconds. .5 seconds isn’t really important with a fast cooldown. But you need this for Sub-Sequence.
Converge: Phaselock now pulls nearby enemies toward the original target. This is important for Ruin, everyone will get slagged, corroded, and electrocuted.
Quicken: Increases your Cooldown Rate by 30%. Maximizing your cooldown is not important. (lol jk)
Sub-Sequence: When the enemy dies on your Phaselock there is a 100% chance to seek out another enemy. Multiple activations of Ruin, Converge, and bouncing bullets is just… beautiful… just beautiful…
Mind’s Eye: Increases your Critical Hit Damage by 25%/55% and increases Melee Damage by 30%/66%. Again, the Butcher is a shotgun, shotgun shoots anywhere. So you won’t know when this skill helps but this skill is important.
Flicker: Increases Elemental Effect Chance by 30%/66%. Every elemental Siren needs this; added with Chain Reaction you’ll just see the world burn…
Foresight: Increases Magazine Size by 20%/44%, and increases Reload Speed by 10%/30%. You need this so that you could reload less, and at the same time, reload fast. Basically, you always shoot…
Helios: Phaselocking an enemy makes a fiery explosion. Rank 5 Helios damage makes fleshy enemies have a bad time. Paired with Ruin, Helios can kill the Phaselocked enemy quickly, creating a deadly cycle with Sub-Sequence guiding it.
Chain Reaction: While having an enemy Phaselocked, all bullets have a 40% chance to ricochet and hit other nearby enemies. You Phaselock a lot, that means almost all your bullets bounce almost every time…
Reaper: You deal 40% more Gun Damage when your enemies health is above 50%. This is a very awesome skill, very important with raid bosses. You typically fight people with a health above 50% so they’ll be dead in no time… What if you add slag with Reaper?
Ruin: Phaselock now Slags, Corrodes, and Electrocutes all nearby enemies. Converge + Sub-Sequence + Suspension + Ruin + Your Gun = Quickest Group Death ever…

This is a very flexible build, this means it also can use any guns. So these 4 slots are up to you, but this are the recommended weapons. The build also doesn’t focus on one element. I highly suggest keeping other elements of the the guns you pick so that you can have a bonus for the element weaknesses.
1st Slot: Practicable Butcher (All Elements)
2nd Slot: Stopping Sandhawk (All Elements)
3rd Slot: Vengeful Infinity
4th Slot: Miss Moxxi’s Rubi (Slag)
