I’ve managed to, through finding different topics, locate the skill tree and (I think) the four guns. I’m having trouble finding info like Shield/Class Mod/Relic/Grenade however since the original topic appears to be on the old forums. If anyone has a link to a new topic with the full build or just knows the items recommended, I would really appreciate it.
I’ve seen @CoonTail around the last few months if that’s who you’re referring to , perhaps he’ll get this page and might be able to give you a synopsis.
I managed to find it on the internet archive while looking for a shotgun zero build. Hold on…
Edit: Here it is!
Really does need porting though.
Thank you so much!
Considering it’s been buffed after Coon last touched his build, you might consider moving the points away from fearless and into Unforseen. I don’t know how @CoonTail would feel about that suggestion though, but it’s worth thinking about at least.
I think at one point he switched around one of his pimps with a bekah. I recommend reaching him on Twitter, he is a lot more active there.
That might be a great move
I’m wondering how necessary switching Pimps around to match elements is with how powerful that setup is with the Bee. If it was me, I would just use a shock Pimp with a blade to cover everything and a shock bone for the cooldown, the extra damage to both the decoy and the gun and Id call it a day
He was using one of the ammo relic to give him a lot of sniper ammo, this was around the time he had 3 pimps.
The reason for switching to the Bekah is you have less strain on the sniper ammo, but also you can use a bone relic or something. I think all he needs is a Fire and Corrosive Pimp and he is good to go. The rest can be dealt with the Bekah and of course Twister for Shock. He is using a slag grenade, forgot which one…probably the transfusion healing one.
So if this is the original pre-buff build (from the original old forums post by @CoonTail ):

What might a post-buff build look like?
If I ever get my Zer0 to 72, I will have to give this the experimentation it deserves!
It’s definitely one of the most polished builds for Zero out there, highly recommended
Goodmorning and hello!
I have to say it’s been a while since I heard requests for this build’s info and I see as always this community has not let me down.
They linked my old build, but I do not believe it was ever ported.
Thank you very much @VaultHunter101 for digging it up I have it saved on my work computer, so when I saw the emails for this thread over the weekend I didn’t have the link.
@jonathan.2013 if you have any other questions feel free to post em!
@DeputyChuck I have been gone for far to long and had no idea Unforseen was buffed. It actually was in my original build back at level 50, but sadly back then it wasn’t worth it and got no bonus point. Currently since the build uses a bone quite often and since shock hits everything for neutral damage that may work very well. Slag is the prime element for the nades since magic missles are your best friend, so this removes the strain on having to change to quasars for a shock nade.
Side Note…who do I need to talk to mod wise to have my old build ported?? I must ask because C/B Zer0 was a passion of mine and I’d rather not let this build drift in the ether. I still have the like 4-6 page MS word doc saved on my PC.
I’ll need to come back and mess around with this but Unforseen may work really well. Stripping shields just makes the Pimp, Bekah, and Twister all that much stronger when mobbing along with an increased chance of one shotting enemies.
@Abvex Looks like it’s time to get back in the lab and get this build up to date again LOL.

This might be NSFW for you @CoonTail, skin made by Exotek
Joking aside I think creating a version (along with the vanilla build) of the build that uses shadow’s unofficial community patch would work wonders for lot of the PC players.
I personally stopped playing vanilla borderlands after shadow’s patch. It’s too good to ignore.
@VaultHunter101 Good thing I held onto the word doc, now I’ll just have to update the colors etc…ugh the forum life never ends, but seeing people still look for this build is why I wrote the guide. Putting work into something even if only a few use it is still worth it to me.
@Abvex god it has been so long since Ive wielded that weapon and honestly I’ve been long overdue to play again. That weapon is still the definition of me as a player in BL2 lol.
I have to give Shadow’s patch a try, he told me about it way back when and seeing how far its come I at least owe him the courtesy of actually giving it a shot. We will need to chat on discord sometime soon as I get it setup.

Just be careful how the Word file is saved when you go to copy from it. There’s a tendancy for modern versions to include all sorts of extraneous CSS style tags, making the pasted text a huge, bloated mass. I still haven’t figured out how to do a plain text paste into the browser if the copied source itself isn’t plain text.
I usually paste it on notepad first, then copy paste it again from notepad.

I think you are on Derch’s one, if not I will PM you mine, I play with @johnrr6 every now and then.
Thanks guys I’ll make sure to post it in notepad first to clear any unwanted tags.
Hopefully I’ll have sometime available later this week to get the build thread posted.
@Abvex I have my own discord now too, so feel free to send me an invite and I can send all the old crew one also. Whatever makes life easiest as I am very down for digiruns and raid stomping.
