After killing Woundspike does the mission have to be turned in before Woundspike will drop the Twister shotgun ?

The Twister can only drop from Omnd-Omnd-Ohk.
According to the wiki, Woundspike could drop the Twister back in the the old Loot Hunt, but no longer.
I don’t believe Woundspike has any dedicated drops.

Woundspike doesn’t drop the Twister anymore. He used to drop it only during the Loot Hunt 2013.
Unless you are confusing it with the Maggie which was added to his lootpool in UCP v3.0
The only way to get the Twister is OOO or Dexidious(UCP only).
