Is there anyway to farm Savage Lee and Doc Mercy on normal level?
I’m currently level 30 heading into the last stretch to beat the Warrior and when I tried to farm Savage Lee for a DPUH, he was only level 10…It’s like wtf, I don’t need a Harold when I’m only level 10 but I need 1 now when I’m at level 30
Is there no way to get a DPUH, or a Bee, or an Infinity at my current level??

You could try the torgue dlc for a harold(vend machine). Not sure wether nvhm or tvhm will give you the level your after.
I think the tina dlc starts at level 30 , and it doesnt take long to get to the forest where you can easily farm a bee.

Farm Hunter Hellquist in the Arid Nexus Boneyard.

The mission “This Just In” given by Mordecai to kill Hunter Hellquist can be handed in and then farmed by killing Hunter Hellquist again until he drops one if you really want a Bee shield. Otherwise, finish the first playthrough and start TVHM and gear will be around your level again, so you can get a DPuH again. There’s a lot of good gear other than what you’ve mentioned your after. Any on level Slapper would out do a level 10 DPuH or Infinity. There are 2 red chests at the end of Hero’s Pass you could farm if you really need gear before the Warrior. Hope that helped.

Only a handful of maps scale at the end of NVHM. Everything else stays level-locked. As others have mentioned, Torgue vending machines and Hunter Hellquist (or the Treeants in the Forest in the Tiny Tina DLC if you haven’t started it yet). Note that the final two DLCs (Hammerlock and Tiny Tina) both scale to 35 in normal mode.

In the end I went and started Tiny Tina’s Assault and got a Bee from 1 of the Treeants…probably took me upwards of 30 minutes from start of campaign, to enter the Forest, to get a Bee to drop…not long at all
It’s a damn shame, the rest of the game doesn’t scale for you, so acquiring a DPUH or an Infinity is out of the question…Nice to get a Bee shield at my ■■■■■■■ level though

Treants are easily the most efficient way to farm a Bee Shield.
It makes no sense for NVHM to scale, because you shouldn’t really be hanging around in it any longer than you have to. Once you’re around level 30, finish the story and head into TVHM. You should be shooting for finishing TVHM at 50, and once you complete it everything scales to 50 in TVHM. This is to allow you to prepare for the big jump in difficulty that UVHM is.
