Since i’ve been playing a lot of BL2 recently, it’s reminded me of all those annoying little f****rs that aren’t really a big deal, so don’t get mentioned much, but are really frigging irritating.
I’ll start with 2:

-Suicide psychos, because I find them bull. I mean, how are they still alive when they’re so suicidal? Should have put themselves out long time ago.
-Marauders, because of their babit to hide behind cover forever. Not fun gameplay.
As for DLC enemies, Skeleton Seers.
Are Seers the Skeleton Mages? Those that disappear?

Skeleton Mages and any enemy with an elemental rocket launcher.
100% this. First time I ‘met’ a Goliath Blaster, I was in FFYL wondering wtf hit me like a train!

Skeleton Mages. Any enemy who runs away/disappears after taking a shot. Also Armoured Maniacs and most of the enemies who rush towards you.

Unless you have a build that can nuke everything in sight it is often best just to ignore mages, especially in UVHM. By the time they decide to show up again they can regenerate all the damage you inflict.
If I had to pick a specific enemy to hate, Badassasaurus Rex. The boss is not fun as unless you are Salvador or possibly a melee Krieg, otherwise it is a boss you have to fight from the doorway. I’d rather fight an Iron God at OP8 with Sal than fight the Badassaurus Rex no matter what gear I bring. At least with the Iron God there is an actual challenge to killing it and it isn’t just straight up frustrating.

Surveyors.
■■■■■■■ airborne ■■■■-slingers that fly around like no other airborne enemy, are super small so you can’t ■■■■■■■ hit them consistently, have no crit spots so good luck with a ■■■■■■■ Sniper Rifle, heal other enemies when they should ■■■■■■■ die, have shields while busting yours and ■■■■ them. Really.

Gravediggers. Hate those suckers. 
I think my hatred of them comes from my very first time going though TVHM and showing up at Sawtooth Cauldron underleveled, and a Gravedigger kept wrecking me in that first stretch of the map, heh.

Wee “loot” JET loaders. And all non-Legendary (NVHM and TVHM) “Loot” Midgets in general, since they almost never drop gear and force the player to treat every single ammo chest as a hiding place for a lethally dangerous foe. But the JET loader variety takes the cake for the “Oh, you’re in FFYL now? I’ll just transform and fly off into the distance!”

Any enemy that decides to sit on my face whilst in FFYL.
They usually wait til I’ve nearly killed something aswell!
Can I just put in a whole group of enemies at once? F**K RATS!!
