Does anybody know what the maximum stats are for these? I tried the wiki but unlike class mods it doesn’t seem to suggest the best stats.

I THINK it’s like 34% damage and 47% cooldown? Someone smarter than I can correct me since I’ll be at work for the next 10 hours.
