Is omega strike worth taking?

I was wondering if omega strike was even worth taking as I am quickly approaching max level. Does anyone have any positive experience with it?

It does solid damage if you’re freezing targets for Wolf. For a single point, if you’re already that far into the tree, I’d say just go for it.
