She IS the same Sammy from the Doctor’s Orders mission.

This was also discussed shortly after that HH pack came out.
The real question is : did she become a Psycho or did she used the Psycho language ? (TFTB Episode 1, Fiona uses the Psycho language to communicate with the psycho in her team)
