Seasonal heads and skins

I stopped playing the pre-sequel a long time ago but recently saw a youtube video where they were wearing heads similar to the wattle gobbler and snowman heads from BL2. Can anyone explain how these were obtainable? Was it a dlc I missed or an event? Are they still obtainable?

Mine just appeared at random. You could check the SHiFT codees post in the TPS News category (or over at Orcz.com) to see if there was a specific code. Honestly though I don’t remember entering one, they just kinda showed up.

One of the patches for TPS was supposed to unlock all seasonal heads and skins for TPS, but due to a bug it was really random which ones you would get per character.
