  • Ravage Savage 0/5 – +15% melee attack speed (per level). Additionally, killing an enemy via melee instantly restores your health by 1/3.
  • Right Where It Hurts 0/1 – +10% Critical Hit damage
  • Energy Shot 0/5 – +10% fire rate (per level) for all weapons while shield is at least 75% full.

Tier 3

  • On A Roll 0/5 – Kill Skill. +8% movement speed (per level) for 5 seconds. (Does not stack)
  • Multi-Task 0/1 – Kill Skill. -50% Weapon Swap Speed for 5 seconds.
  • Good Composure 0/5 – +10% Reload Speed while shields are up (+15% Reload Speed when shields are full)

  • Stamina 0/5 – While your shield is at least half full, cooldown time passes 10% more quickly per level.

  • Respite for the Wicked 0/1 - +2% health regeneration per second during Overdrive.

Tier 3

  • Sleepless Nights 0/5 - +5% weapon damage and -4% max health and shields per level.
  • Extreme Lethality 0/5 - During Overdrive, you additionally gain +5% weapon and melee damage per level.
  • Critical Mass 0/1 - Killing an enemy reduce the cooldown for Overdrive by 2 seconds.

Tier 4

  • Pushing the Limits 0/5 - During Overdrive, the following effects are applied per level: +6% movement speed, +8% fire rate, +10% reload speed, -12% weapon swap time,

  • Breaking the Limits 0/1 - +50% movement speed and +50% gun damage during Overdrive.

  • Saving the Day 0/1 - While an ally is in Fight For Your Life, you gain +50% movement speed (when not in Overdrive)

Tier 3

  • Always Prepared 0/5 - +1 magazine size for all weapons.
  • Underdog 0/5 - +5% damage per level against an enemy of a higher level.
  • Showstopper 0/1 - Kill Skill. Allies gain +3 seconds in Fight For Your Life.

Tier 4

  • Damn Pride 0/5 - Each time you damage an enemy, you restore 1% of your shields per level.
  • Tirade 0/5 - Overdrive’s duration is increased by 2 seconds per level.

Tier 5

  • What Doesn’t Kill Me 0/1 – When you get a kill revive from Fight For Your Life, your shields are fully restored.

You really like making character concepts, don’t ya? Me too ^3^
Again, just with The Spy, I feel like many skills are are just mere passives, but these ones have more ways to play around. Strangely enough, your characters seems to want to be in Fight For Your Life all the time to get max bonuses. Perhaps a self-damage inflicting skill would be appropriate?
