Where can I find Iwajira and do I need ultimate pack 2 or any DLCs?

Remember that he’s always max level in NVHM and TVHM (so 30 and 50, respectively). Watch out for the lava, and keep an eye on your O2 (unless you’re playing Claptrap of course).

So I should wait til im lvl 70 to fight in ultimate?

No, you can fight Iwajira multiple times in every mode. Just be aware that if you drop down in normal with a level 22 character, you’re going to take a beating. I usually farm Iwajira a bit once I’m at max level in each mode, and then as often as I need to by dropping back into TVHM from UVHM should I want moonstones. In UVHM, Iwa will scale with you.

I went there accidentally as pretty much the first thing on NVHM after getting an OZ kit… “Oh, so that’s where Iwa is. I guess this is not the way to Regolith Range.”.
