I’m having a really hard time with this one, Boom Bewm was a breeze but this is just painful and I’m losing loads of money.
I’m currently using a slag Lady Fist and Rubi (Lvl 42 shock)
I have a Hornet and a ricochet Fibber at my disposal but don’t think they’ll help any.
Is there anything I’m supposed to do differently from Normal or TVHM? Anything to help make this easier?
Anyone wanna come through and help me with him? I’ll pay ;-;
Thanks for any advice I’m just gonna stay up here at this ammo dump until I fugre something out I guess.

What level are you, and what is your build? Fill it out here, then copy and paste the URL so people can take a look and make suggestions.
Everything is harder in UVHM, both because of enemy health and damage scaling AND the added health regen. The Flynt fight can be an absolute crusher with a poor build and under-levelled gear (which is never a good thing in UVHM anyway.)
My go-to tactic when I’m struggling is to die, then lurk up by the ammo machine and let Flynt come to me. You can retreat back down the stairs a bit to take cover from his blasts and recover health/shield, then peck at him with whatever you’ve got. You can also cheese him around the containers etc., but you REALLY have to keep an eye out for those grates…
Explosive is good on Flynt but, when he’s in his pyro flame form, you pretty much have to head-shot him (anything else does zip). A good Jakobs sniper or scoped AR can hit hard as well. At least as Sal you won’t have to worry about running out of ammo!

OK. Going to ping @Chuck80, @Gulfwulf and @Piemanlee here, since they’re more knowledgeable on Sal skills than I am. I’ll go out on a bit of a limb though and suggest that maybe your points in Huckleberry and Divergent might be a bit redundant:
If both pistols are level 42, you’re not getting anything like the damage you need out of them even with Huckleberry and Divergent
The accuracy bonus from Divergent for your SMG/shotgun pairing is not worth the points.
If you like dual-wielding pistols as your primary, then get at-level ones to use for this fight. I’d also be tempted to take some points from Divergent and stick them elsewhere. Putting them in I’m Ready Already puts you closer to getting Yippie Ki Yay and Get Some. Alternatively, you could put them in Hard to Kill for now, just to get you through the next few levels.

Don’t feel bad - EVERYONE starts out uneducated! I can’t speak for Chuck, but I only get frustrated with those who aren’t prepared to ask for help and just complain about how hard things are instead. You’re obviously not in that category!
Anyway, I just clued in to your COM stats there. You only need 1 point in Incite to gain the benefit, so you could easily do this: http://bl2skills.com/gunzerker.html#525020551012305510100011000000000 You’ll still get a decent boost from Incite, and you’ll have slightly increased your Gunzerk duration.
Edit: Glad you got through! There’s absolutely nothing wrong with taking a more discrete approach to enemies in UVHM - even if you are playing Sal!
Would you mind making a lvl 61 and 72 tree? In your spare time of course

I thought I’d tried that and failed, which is why I usually only do that if I die. It’s possible I got dropped on my way back up though (which would amount to the same thing!) I’ll have to give it a whirl next time I’m up there.
I saw on your “Top Gear For Salvador” Guide, you mentioned the DP Harold, if I don’t yet have the Torgue DLC, is it worth farming? I’m aware you said nothing is worth farming until end-game, but since you mentioned it as being the best gun in the game I figured I’d ask. If so, is now at lvl 51 a good time to go grind for it?
Does Savage Lee drop DP Prefix/Torgue Grip?

Good to know, thanks! I have a lvl 34 Corrosive Fastball that deals 98k + 1k corrosive dmg /sec, is it still viable for where I’m at or should I just use whatever Singularity grenade I come across?
What did they fix on Boll?
