I’ve been having some problems grinding for a legendary laser. I had previously been using two fantastic voyage lasers and a purple laser to get the absolute zero and I would get it relatively quick, but now all I get are purple lasers. Was there an update stopping that or do I just have really bad luck

It’s not a guaranteed thing. I have been told that you can use moonstones on an orange-orange-purple grind, but I never have enough of the things to do that for myself. Extremely limited data for non-moonstone grinds here, all since the last update that affected grinder performance:
The grinder recipes summary here confirms moonstone grinding is possible (150 stones for level 50 weapons):
