My friends and I are gonna start a raid/mobbing team.

is this a good team, what do you guys suggest?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t be a good team! You have a little bit of everything there.
Maya’s team healing abilities can be a bit of a timing issue for Krieg if you’re spec’d in RtB. But as long as you time the phaselocks, you can easily avoid it. Same thing goes for transfusion grenades and COM’s with team healing. Having a siren in the team allows the others to focus on other things than health. This doesn’t mean that you have to turn Maya into a toothless healing monster. A few well spent points in the Harmony tree is usually enough for everyone.
As long as you’re aware of the other members builds, and as long as you all adapt to each others builds and loadouts, you should be fine. Best of luck to you!

my friends and I are very conscious of each others builds. As the siren I try to listen to my friends especially Krieg when they need healing and such so thx

its also gonna be pretty fun especially with the Kreig and Maya.

The only problem I foresee is with Gaige if they go with Blood Soaked Shields because she’ll be fighting with Krieg for kills and that can hurt either or both of them. Other than that I agree with @Ronnie_Rayburn.

ya thats true we try to accommodate each others builds. its gonna lead to some funny banter my friends and i are super chill and fun guys so ya we will keep that in mind

we may go Axton instead of Salvador because Salvador isnt really required, Axton can draw fire and has that super speed glitch.

The best team for you is the one where you guys are playing the characters you enjoy playing.

I think any combination can probably work when the players are in sync. I’ve only ever played 2 person coop though (Maya + Zero; Maya + Krieg; Maya + Sal; Axton + Krieg).
My personal favourite combo was Maya + Krieg (myself as Krieg). That combo was powerful and super fun (it helps that my coop partner loves Maya). Maya is excellent as a team player, and with the Krieg + Axton + Gaige combo you are proposing, sounds like it would a lot of chaotic fun.
I say, release the beasts and have fun, and it will all work out just fine.

Any combo can work without problem
If I had to make the “perfect” 4-player team, I would say:
Hoarder Salvador (ammo regen)
Nurse Maya
Sniper Zero
Anything else that isn’t too reliant on kill skills

Maya, Zer0, Krieg and Axton. This is a perfect team : Maya and Axton for Turrets + Phaselock and Slag, Zer0 for Death Mark and Krieg for BLOOD BLOOD BLOOOOOD or HES ON FIREEE !!!
Hoarder Salvador is also a solid ally, especially when you have a Hellborn Krieg in the team.
I don’t know much about the Mechromancer, but I don’t think she’s the best coop character, I see her as the worst actually.

Well, this sounds boring to me as Hoarder Sal & Nurse Maya are my least favorite Sal & Maya to play. Useful, sure but rather play other builds. Played a random Peak as L.Siren Maya, with 2 Nurse Maya’s – wonder if the health regen from both Nurse’s is active (additive or multiplicative?) Must say that was one of the easiest OP8 Peak run I’ve been in though.

Being on a team sometimes means you have to sacrifice something for the good of the team. If you run this build on a Legendary Nurse with a Sandhawk, and maybe also a Bee, then I think you’ll feel differently about it.

If you ever have a chance - try playing 4 Mechromancers at the same time.
Make sure all 4 of you build the “Little Big Trouble” tree. Go into an arena and fight. No word of a lie you will all have to stop fighting because all any of you can see are bolts of electricity and nothing else flashing on your screen.
Don’t worry about the dying part - rest assured, the screams of agony are all the enemies that were attacking you.
Borderlands 2 is always a gratifying experience. 
PS. Make sure you keep your Deathtrap out as much as you can.
