Shift code rewards not working

I input all available shift codes after just starting the game very recently. I went in an received the rewards from the kiosk. Also it says on the shift code input page that i have redeemed the codes. I restarted after getting a few things from the shift kiosk in concordia. Now i no longer have any keys, skins, or rewards upon restart. I opened a ticket about 4 or 5 days ago and still havent received a response. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Also just remembered that i went in and tried to input codes again but it says ive redeemed them already.

yes, you can only redeem codes one time.

as for skins and other rewards besides keys, most of them will open up/appear in the backpack of the toon you enter the game with, some like the holiday codes will open up in all the backpacks of each toon, others just in the backpack of the first toon you start the game with after entering the codes

I think you’re not understanding what I’m saying. I input all available
shift codes. Got items from kiosk. Restarted. Now I have no keys. No skins.
Nothing from shift rewards.

I’ve verified game cache started new character reinstalled. I’ve done
everything and I have no shift rewards

When you say “restarted”, was it a normal restart (save/quit/relaunch) or did you dashboard out? If the latter, it’s possible you accidentally corrupted the file that keeps track of all your keys, heads, and skins. Either way, at this point it sounds like your only course of action would be to file a support ticket. You can find the relevant link for the version/platform you are playing on here:

Use the Handsome Collection one if playing on PS4/XB1, else use the Pre-Sequel one for PC and older consoles.

@VaultHunter101 I’m looking at this,

to me now, Looking at just this sentence, it seems he’s put the codes in, took everything out of the Kiosk, then quit/restarted the game, in my thinking of the game, you can’t save and quit with unused keys in your possession, they will disappear.
The Holiday Gear/Guns/Skins are another matter, as long as its a save and quit they should be in the backpack. Now if the Gear/Guns are given to the first toon you enter the game with (and some are) then they will only be on and at the level of that toon and if said toon was deleted then that stuff is gone.

Nothing I can do other than suggest the helpdesk as well, put in a support ticket.

I opened a ticket with 2k a few days ago. I’m in the process of getting my stuff back shortly. I shut down my computer without closing borderlands, so this is the most likely scenario. Either way, thanks for the help everybody.

Also, i had tried out the skins and used a couple of the guns before i exited. They were at the New-U station, or whatever, and that’s what immediately threw me off. I had used them and they were saved to the New-U before i exited.

You do keep the keys. I’ve taken about 200 out of the kiosk and have them all (except the few I’ve used) still on me weeks and many sessions later.

Thanks, it’s been so long since I used the gold keys, the only thing I recall is taking only what I would use during the session and leaving the rest in
