Somehow I’ve managed to not notice this place earlier. The wiki says it’s a pre-order bonus area so does that mean there’s no alternate way to unlock it and that I can’t get it? Even though I’m not a huge fan of circles of slaughter I’d like to check this place out and it kinda buggers me that I’m cut out of a whole area just because I didn’t pre-order the game.
I’m pretty sure you can buy it on Steam for like $5. One of my favorite things about it is that after the slaughter is done, if you go back and visit, there is a pretty good mob there for more fights.
Oh yeah, it is there under the name “Shock drop slaughter pit”. I missed it earlier when I was looking for it. I’ll get it at some point, then.
It’s a terrific area - really enjoy that arena.

It’s more fun then the Holodome if you ask me. Just a small area with a lot of action, not too simple and not too hard enemy waves and a lot of cover. No rotating blades and eridian kingkongs that nullify your jump right above previously mentioned blades.

I really like this area, its a good spot to level up early in the game. Plus the end shield you can get is good for early in the game.
I like it better than the holodome too. Yes it’s small but it’s more fun than that annoying pos excuse for a dlc.
