I’m poking the Wayback Machine right now, but it doesn’t appear to be there. It’s not listed in the Jan. 2013 snapshot of the master builds list. In the Oct. 2014 snapshot it’s listed under “Archival old builds”, but the internal link to the thread describing it does not work. Unfortunately, there are no snapshots in between those dates.
I remember those guides and the original poster basically took the Bee and wrote a build around it for every character. It’s basically a Ruin+Sub-Sequence build with Maya.

I figured those were the skills used. Does anyone remember what gear (obviously the bee) and playstyle they used?
