Ideal Parts for Common Shields?

I know Maliwan parts are the most ideal parts for the majority of the shields, and Hyperion parts are the second most ideal parts for shields. But what are the ideal parts for both Tediore and Turtle shields?

Bandit parts will give you a fairly high capacity. Not as high as Pangolin or Anshin parts, but with a much better recharge rate and delay.

I see, is there any parts that are secondary to Bandit parts?

There are examples of both here. Max Stat Gear Lists

For Tediore it looks like Hyperion and for Turtle Pangolin.

With the exception on axton and zero, they use different parts for the turtle.
