I was just wondering where you’re pre stacking anarchy? If you do it ofc.
Im in uvhm right now so Im looking for a place where the mobs are plenty and the xp is scarce. Seems Pyro Pete bar gives too much xp but not sure

I’ve always been a fan of just maxing out Typecast Iconoclast and then just playing the game. By the time I get to where I want to be I’ll have more than enough stacks… However, if you do want to pre-stack then try tubby runs in the Dust, Caustic Caverns or WEP…

I seldom bother with pre-stacking, but if you find the target dummy too boring there’s a nice run at Frostburn Canyon over Scorch’s area, past Spycho and the two bandit encampments on that plateau.
Even if you’ve saved the missions to open up Scorch and Spycho for later you’ll have plenty of low-xp standard mobs to kill (you mentioned the Bar granting too much) as well as two red chests to loot.
The end of that run drops you neatly down by the fast-travel, hopefully with a healthy stack count to unleash upon whomever deserves it.

I like to hit Bloodshot or Southpaw to start a session, either can get me Close to 200 and both are a lot of fun.
Other than Digistruct Peak or raiding there’s not much I really need to head into stacked up, if and when I go down I just reequip my L Anarchist and get revenge

Oh drat, I was on my first cup of coffee, completely missed that you were in progress.
Just do why those guys told you, I scurried about more furtively than a plague rat getting Gaige through UVHM. She was my first so I remember how much of a slog it was,
