Ok so Normal is way too easy. True Vault Hunter, still not much of a challenge. But Ultimate Vault Hunter, this is where it’s at. Only problem is I can damage deadlifts shield only ever so slightly, but no more than that. Any advice?
Sounds like you aren’t using a shock weapon, or are using a badly under-levelled one. There’s a side quest from Janey that nets you a green rarity shock sniper or AR (forget which one, but it’s either the story echoes or the inspirational posters, y’all.) That will help if you don’t have anything else. Otherwise, drop back into TVHM and see if you can get something nice from the golden chest. Depending on what level you are, you may also find some folks willing to help with gear if you hit the relevant on-line play and trading section for your platform.
So he is weak to shock. I did not know that. Thank you. Since I am level 70 I will just go back and use golden keys unless there is a gun machine around but I don’t recall seeing one this early.
If I remember right, Deadlift is about 70% shield.
You could get a Longnail sniper (preferable fire element, I think) and a transfusion grenade.
The gun bypasses shields.
It has been a while since I have played, but I think you can get it from the grinder.
Not quite sure though.
It is kinda impressive that you reached lvl 70 and don’t know shields are weak to shock.
I knew that, just spaced on it. After using golden keys to get shock weapon at decent level, it wasn’t too difficult. Now I’m stuck on Zarpedon. Can’t even get her out of the suit cause anything she hits me with cripples me in one hit and there aren’t enough regular enemies to keep getting back up, that or Jack ends up killing them all. I may have to go and actually hunt down a legendary to get the extra oomph I need for this one.
Aurelia
Don’t you oneshot her with 999 stacks of I Never Miss? Don’t you oneshot anything besides EOS with 999 stacks of I Never Miss?
Hasn’t EOS been 1-shotted by Bahroo and Joltzdude in separate videos?
Re: OP:
Aurelia is going to be Heaven & Hell at solo endgame. I don’t recall how I got through Zarpedon, but I remember the frustration. Her healing is minimal, so you’re probably going to want shock transfusion grenades to help everything, and you’re going to need to drop a heap of damage ASAP.
implying you’re patient enough to get 999
maybe if I respec my skills
