I’ve made a Tiny Tina cosplay about 2 years ago… used to use hair wigs which were great, but I wanted to accomplish the cel-shaded toon look; therefore I have been progressively improving on my Tiny Tina. Anyways I found out foam wigs were a thing. Best part was I could easily control how the wig looked and cel-shade it so its game accurate. Anyways here is what I got… TOOK FOREVER TO DO BUT OMG I LOVE IT!
