So whenever I tip her to get a second gun, she only gives me her Good Touch, so I
basically can’t get the corrosive one.

The first gun she gives is the bad touch. After that, its only good touches. There is a way to get more bad touches, but I’m afraid I can’t remember what it was. Someone oughtta know though.
You can only get one Bad Touch per character. Once you’ve gotten it, regardless of level or playthrough (NVHM, TVHM, or UVHM), you’ll only get a Good Touch whenever you tip Moxxi.
Regarding on which platform you are playing on, there is actually a tip to get an “on-level” BadTouch.
If you can play in split screen mode, just load your main character (the one you want a BadTouch for) and go to Sanctuary.
Then load a brand new character as Player 2, give him some cash, and go tipping Moxxi with that guy. As it’s the first time for him to get a Moxxi’s gun, he’ll get the BadTouch. And as Sanctuary is at host’s level (UVHM), the BadTouch will be at your main character level 
You can repeat the process until you get THE BadTouch of your dreams 
If you can’t play in split screen mode, you’ll need a friend to help you.
Your friend’s character should be at your main character level.
Simply join him in Sanctuary with a brand new guy, ask him for some cash and go tipping Moxxi.
Same causes, same consequences. Repeat until your BadTouch matches your needs.

The only way to get another Bad Touch with the same character is if another player joins the game, whether it’s a stranger, friend or just you on a second account/controller. Have the second character tip Moxxie and she will eventually offer a Bad Touch which will be at the level of the host character. This is the method I used to get OP8 Bad Touches for my Original 6 Vault Hunter’s… Edit: Ninjaed by Adrion54!

Yes, the level of the second player doesn’t matter. If a friend wants another Bad Touch, I usually create a brand new character, join their game, find any weapon in a box in Sanctuary and sell it, then tip Madame. A nice way to earn a few badass ranks too
You only get the Bad Touch once per character on 360, or once per play-through on certain other platforms. Sounds like you’ve run into the same things in your current play-through.

I know, I was glad when I found that out! I actually prefer a Bad to a Good Touch (that sounds weird) as the Hellfire is usually superior, but Bad Touch is one of the best corrosive SMGs.
Truthfully, the first time I got a Good Touch I thought my controller was broken and I mentioned this on the Gamefaqs board- then someone responded with how Moxxies said it was her ‘favorite gun’- that’s when the light bulb went on over my head…
